A Day in the Life Of A Fitueyes TV Stand Designer

Hello, I'm Bingo, an Audiovisual Product Designer at FITUEYES. Ever wondered what goes into designing our stylish and functional products? Let me take you through a typical day in my life.

Morning

7:00 AM: The day begins as my alarm clock rudely interrupts my dreams. After a refreshing morning bath, I whip up some scrambled eggs, toast with butter, and savor a cup of flat white – the ultimate morning elixir.

8:20 AM: A short 2-minute walk brings me to the office. I'm greeted by my colleague, Guilio, and I can't resist making a second flat white. I tidy up my workspace because I believe in starting the day in an organized environment.

8:30 AM: It's officially work time. I kick off my day by creating a to-do list, a crucial tool for staying organized and on top of my tasks.

9:00 AM: I dive into my work by checking product rankings and analyzing any fluctuations. Understanding these changes helps us optimize our products for the future. I also spend time exploring competitors' websites to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and elements. Customer satisfaction is my top priority, and I aim to create designs they'll love.

9:20 AM: My favorite part of the day! I open our project management software and immerse myself in design work. I've brought along some of my design sketches – aren't they pretty?

It is nearly 20 past 9, my favorite time of the day. I opened the project management software and spent most of the morning time in design work. Oh..I brought some of my manuscripts, really pretty, isn’t it?

11:30 AM: Jenny, a colleague, shares customer letters from the previous day. I genuinely enjoy reading these letters as they provide valuable insights into customer preferences and help guide our product optimization efforts.

12:00 PM: Lunchtime! Although Five Guys burgers across the street beckon, I stick to my diet with a homemade sandwich filled with veggies. Adding a bit of luncheon meat wouldn't hurt, right?

Afternoon

1:00 PM: The afternoon leads me to our laboratory, where I test product samples. Identifying any issues before mass production is crucial, as it allows us more time for analysis and solutions, ultimately ensuring product quality.

3:00 PM: I work on creating standard drawings, which will be sent to the factory later.

5:30 PM: My colleagues call for a brainstorming session after work. We gather to discuss new design ideas and challenges we've encountered throughout the day. These relaxed discussions are invaluable, and my colleagues are always generous with their knowledge and support.

7:00 PM: Dinner tonight consists of delicious grilled lamb chops and clam soup prepared by my mom.

11:00 PM: As the day winds down, I prepare to call it a night. Tomorrow brings new opportunities and challenges. Sweet dreams!

Conclusion

A designer's day at FITUEYES is a blend of creativity, analysis, and collaboration. From designing sketches to testing samples and reading customer letters, each moment contributes to creating products our customers will cherish.
