Warranty

Your satisfaction is very important to FITUEYES. That’s why we’re pleased to offer a limited warranty that covers defects in material or workmanship on all new FITUEYES products. Only consumers purchasing FITUEYES products from authorized FITUEYES retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is Covered?

  • Main Product
    Our company offers a 10-year warranty for the main components of the product purchased by the consumer, including the metal frame, shelf structure, and other structural parts that ensure the load-bearing functionality of the product. The warranty covers functional failures or safety issues caused by material or manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use (such as coating fading or wear), unauthorized repairs, misuse, or external damage (e.g., natural disasters).
  • Functional Accessories
    Our company offers a 1-year warranty for the functional accessories of the product purchased by the consumer, including casters, shelves, soundbar brackets, LED strips, and other additional functional components. The warranty covers functional failures caused by quality defects that prevent the proper use of the components. The warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, aging, damage caused by harsh environments, or issues related to the current or voltage of the LED strips.
  • Socket Accessories
    Our company offers a 2-year warranty for socket accessories purchased by the consumer. The warranty covers failures caused by circuit faults, poor contact, or inherent quality issues with the socket itself. The warranty does not cover damage caused by overloading, short circuits, improper plugging and unplugging, or external force damage.

What Happens If My Product is Defective?

If the product experiences a failure due to manufacturing or material defects within the warranty period, the consumer can request repair, replacement, or return from the company. The specific service method will be determined by the company based on the details of the fault.

  • Repair: Free replacement of parts for faults covered by the warranty.
  • Replacement: If the fault covered by the warranty cannot be repaired with part replacements, the entire product may be replaced.
  • Return: If the fault covered by the warranty cannot be repaired and replacement is not accepted, a return will be offered.

Consumers must contact the company's customer service team after discovering the issue, providing a description and photos of the problem. After the company's evaluation and confirmation, the appropriate repair, replacement, or return service will be decided.

What is Not Covered?

Our limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

  1. External Force Damage: Damage caused by human or external accidents, such as collisions, drops, scratches, etc.
  2. Misuse or Improper Installation: If the product is not installed according to the user manual or used in an environment or manner not recommended by the manufacturer.
  3. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: If the product is repaired or modified by unauthorized personnel, the warranty will be void.
  4. Normal Wear and Tear: Natural wear and aging due to long-term use, such as minor wear and fatigue caused by regular weight-bearing or use; fading of the coating due to prolonged exposure to external environments, which does not affect basic functionality; wear of casters and reduced rotation caused by prolonged movement; normal aging of accessories.

Our limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).

Do I Have to Pay Shipping Costs for a Replacement Product?

In the rare event that your FITUEYES product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement item for free shipping.

How to File a Claim?

Simply contact customer service via email at supportus@fitueyes.com. After the warranty period has expired, or for issues not covered by the warranty, consumers can still enjoy paid repair or replacement services. The company will provide after-sales service for product accessories and offer advice and guidance to consumers.
